Refund policy

Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible change-of-mind returns. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

This return policy applies to purchases delivered in Australia and does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, with its tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

You may handle the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality.

You must also provide proof of purchase.

Products that have been used, damaged or altered beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

These conditions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where the product does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

contactcamrise@gmail.com

You may also submit a return request using the return request form available on the Bellora website.

Please do not send an item back before your return request has been approved.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the applicable return instructions and return address by email.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns under our 30-day return policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

The customer is responsible for arranging and shipping the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as Bellora cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost or not received during a change-of-mind return.

Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Bellora will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.

Australian Consumer Law

Our 30-day return policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

The Australian Consumer Law provides consumers with certain consumer guarantees when purchasing goods. These guarantees include that goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for any purpose specified by the consumer and match their description.

If a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the nature and seriousness of the problem.

Major failures

If a product has a major failure, you may generally choose between a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by the failure.

A major failure may include situations where the product is unsafe, significantly different from its description, substantially unfit for its normal purpose, or where you would not have purchased it had you known about the problem.

Minor failures

If the failure is minor and can be remedied within a reasonable time, Bellora may generally choose to repair, replace or refund the product, as applicable under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a minor failure cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, for example because you no longer want the product, have changed your preference or found a different product elsewhere, you are not generally entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

However, Bellora voluntarily offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

For a change-of-mind return:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must meet the return conditions set out above.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The original shipping costs are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • The refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information showing the issue. This will help us assess the problem and determine the appropriate remedy.

If the issue is covered by the Australian Consumer Law, Bellora will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

You will not be required to pay reasonable return shipping costs where the return is required because of a problem covered by your consumer rights.

Products Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

Certain products may not be eligible for return under our 30-day change-of-mind policy, including:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers or plants

  • Personalised or made-to-order products

  • Hygiene or personal-care products where the seal has been opened

  • Dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

These exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns and do not affect any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns in accordance with this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to products that do not meet the applicable consumer guarantees.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, the quickest option is generally to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

This does not affect any replacement rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your change-of-mind return has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, refunds will generally be processed within 14 days after we receive and approve the returned item.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law, Bellora will process the refund in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase may include an order confirmation, receipt, invoice or other reasonable evidence showing that the purchase was made through Bellora.
